(1) Basic conditions
1.Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have a correct political direction, love the motherland, willing to serve the socialist modernization, law-abiding, good conduct。
2.The state of physical and mental health meets the medical examination requirements set by the State。
3.The applicant must be honest and trustworthy, and have a good academic style;There is no record of cheating in exams, plagiarizing others' academic achievements or other violations of laws and disciplines。
4.Solid professional foundation, strong scientific research ability, special expertise in a certain field or some aspects and previous relevant academic achievements;Have a strong interest in scientific research, have good research training potential, strong innovation awareness, innovation ability。
5.Educational requirements (meet one of the following conditions)
① have obtained a master's degree;
② Fresh master's graduates must obtain a master's degree before admission;
③ Equivalent academic qualifications: work for 6 years or more after obtaining a bachelor's degree (from the date of obtaining a degree to the date of doctoral admission)，Obtain the certificate of completion of the physical education graduate course and the certificate of achievement of the physical education graduate school authorized by the master of Physical Education;In the past five years, he has published at least 3 papers related to his major in high-level academic journals at home and abroad (first author).，Or in the past five years won the provincial teaching and research achievement award (ranked first) or presided over a national scientific research project，Personnel who have attained the same educational attainment as master's graduates after verification。
Note: Candidates holding master's or bachelor's degree certificates abroad are required to provide the certification report issued by the Service Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education。
6.Candidates for doctoral candidates are generally under the age of 45。
7.The requirements and measures for active servicemen to apply for doctoral degree shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission。
(2) Foreign language proficiency (one of the following requirements must be met)
1.National College English Test Band 4 (CET4) score ≥425;
2.Pass National Professional English Test Band 4 or Band 8;
3.National English Proficiency Test (PETS5)55 points or above;
4.IELTS score ≥5.5分；
5.TOEFL score ≥80;
6.GRE score ≥1300 (new standard 260);
7.Bachelor's degree or above from a foreign institution of higher learning certified by the Ministry of Education as the language of instruction in English;
8.He has the international level of sports athletes，Or participate in the Olympic Games, World Championships and World Cup competitions，Athletes who finish in the top three in individual or team events，或A coach with a senior title who, as a head coach or assistant coach, guides athletes to Olympic Games, World Championships or World Cup competitions and finishes in the top three in individual or team events。The score of English courses for postgraduate students is not less than 70 points。
The above foreign language proficiency requirements should be obtained before the release date of the admission brochure。
(3) Requirements for results (one of the following conditions must be met)
1.The first author should publish one or more papers related to the applied major in domestic and foreign high-level academic journals or above, or publish two or more papers related to the applied major in domestic and foreign academic journals (Chinese journals shall be indexed by CNKI);
2.Oral presentation at international academic conferences such as OCC or National Sports Science Conference and national academic conferences organized by other discipline level societies;
3.Preside over teaching and research projects at the bureau level or above, or participate in provincial and ministerial level (top 3), or national level (top 5) teaching and research projects;
4.Published works (translated) or textbooks (written or translated by myself at least 50,000 words/part);
5.Won the teaching and research achievement award at the bureau level or above;
6.Won the third prize at or above the provincial or ministerial level (or the equivalent ranking) in the China "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, or the National College Physical Education Students' Basic Skills Competition, or the National Sports Industry Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, or the National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition and other discipline competitions organized by government departments;
7.In the master stage, I won the national scholarship, or won the provincial (city) level outstanding graduates, or won the provincial (city) level excellent dissertation;
8.Athletes who have the international class of athletes, or who have participated in the Olympic Games, World Championships and World Cups and have won the top three places in individual or team events;
9.A coach with a senior title who, as a head coach or assistant coach, guides athletes to Olympic Games, World Championships or World Cup competitions and finishes in the top three in individual or team events。
The above results should be related to the declared major, and papers published in proceedings, special (series) journals, additional (special) journals, electronic journals, multiple journals, semi-monthly, ten-day journals, etc. (except high-level academic journals at home and abroad) cannot be considered as application results。
Items 1 to 7 must be obtained within the last 5 years (the deadline is calculated forward from the date of publication of the Admission brochure)。Items 8 to 9 must be obtained before the date of publication of the Brochure。Papers, works, etc. are subject to the journal, topics, awards, etc. are subject to the certificate period。
The number of athletes and coaches who take competition results as the condition of achievement shall not exceed 10% of the actual enrollment plan of the year, and the competition events shall be limited to Olympic events (official events of the Olympic cycle in which the results are obtained) or martial arts events。
Application procedure
(1) Online registration

(2) Submit application materials
Applicants are required to submit the following written materials before April 7, 2024, after which the application will not be accepted。
1.Registration form for "Application - Examination" PhD candidate (automatically generated after successful registration)。Be sure to sign and seal in accordance with the requirements, otherwise the registration is invalid。
In the column of "Opinions of the personnel department of the examinee's unit" : The examinee needs to sign and seal the personnel department of the unit;Fresh graduate students (non-directed) should be signed and sealed by the graduate school or school of their school;Previous master's graduates (non-directed, no unit) need to sign and seal the street, town (or personnel file storage department)。
2.Copy of the second-generation resident ID card (front and back), master's diploma, and degree certificate (Fresh master's students should provide the "online verification Report of the Ministry of Education", and must obtain the master's diploma and master's degree certificate recognized by the state before enrollment, otherwise the admission qualification is invalid)。Those who have obtained a master's degree abroad or abroad must provide a certificate from the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education。

6.National second-level and above athletes, national first-level and above referees, and other qualifications related to the field of application with a higher level。
7.Copy of English score certificate。
8.Published academic papers, hosted projects, award certificates, sports performance certificates or other achievements that can be awarded points。
9.Full text of master's degree thesis (proposal report, detailed abstract and catalogue for fresh master's degree graduates)。
10.Candidate's personal statement (Annex 3) and scientific research proposal during the doctoral program (Annex 4)。
11.Recommendation letters from two experts with senior professional titles in the discipline or similar disciplines (Annex 5)。
Other requirements for candidates to submit application materials:
(1) The above application materials shall be bound into a volume in order and a catalog shall be made according to Annex 6, and all the materials shall be scanned and integrated into one PDF file (no more than 25M) and sent to tjus10071@tjus before the deadline.edu.cn, email subject must indicate "PhD registration + name + registration number"。

(3) Material review
The material review panel is composed of experts from relevant subject areas。The evaluation team will review and score the applicant materials according to the requirements of doctoral training in various disciplines and majors, refer to the scoring index system and scoring criteria (Annex 8), and rank the applicant materials according to the score level. The comprehensive assessment stage will be entered with a score of 60 or above. The comprehensive assessment list and candidate materials will be published on the website of the Research and Graduate Office。
Note: Honorary title is not cumulative, whichever is the highest。The basic points (15 points) in the score of papers, projects, monographs, awards and other achievements are not accumulated, and additional points can be accumulated, but the total score is not more than 30 points。
(4) Comprehensive assessment
The comprehensive assessment takes the form of interview, including ideological and political quality, English listening and speaking ability and professional comprehensive ability。The assessment time is scheduled for late April 2024, and the specific arrangement will be notified separately。
The assessment of ideological and political quality includes political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding and other aspects, especially including scientific spirit, academic ethics, professional ethics, honesty and trustworthiness。This assessment is not included in the comprehensive assessment results, but those who fail to pass the assessment will not be admitted。
English listening and speaking ability, professional comprehensive ability according to the 100-point system assessment, each score less than 60 points will not be admitted。The comprehensive assessment results are converted according to English listening and speaking ability assessment (20%) and professional comprehensive ability assessment (80%)。
After the completion of the comprehensive assessment, each secondary school will publicize the total scores of the candidates' comprehensive assessment, and report them to the Department of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies after the end of the publicity period。
Candidates with the same degree must take two additional master's degree courses, which will be conducted during the second examination。

According to the examination results of the examination materials (30%) and the comprehensive examination results (70%), the total score is calculated, and the proposed admission list is proposed from the high score to the low score. After the examination and approval of the graduate admission Committee of the school, the proposed admission personnel are publicized。When the publicity period expires and there is no objection during the publicity period, the official admission notice will be issued。
Six, precautions
(1) The applicant must ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the application materials, and may not resort to fraud or forge relevant certificates。If academic plagiarism, fraud or material concealment is found, the applicant's application, admission qualification or school status will be cancelled, and the applicant will not be accepted to apply for our school within 5 years。
(2) Applicants are required to undergo a physical examination at the time of enrollment, and the standards of physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation。Candidates who do not participate in the physical examination or do not meet the requirements of the physical examination will be disqualified from admission。
(3) Fresh master's graduates must obtain a master's degree and degree certificate before admission。
(4) Apply for non-directed doctoral students, and transfer all personnel files, personnel relations and organizational relations to our university before enrollment。
(5) Candidates due to the application for doctoral students and the workplace or orientation of the problem arising from the candidates should be handled by the candidates themselves, due to the above reasons, candidates can not be re-examination, admission, admission and other problems, the responsibility should be borne by the candidates themselves。
(6) Strictly enforce the avoidance system。Doctoral admissions related personnel who have close relatives or interested persons sign up for the doctoral admissions of the unit should take the initiative to withdraw。
